Raymond Tan Senior Investment Analyst

Raymond Tan is responsible for the financial modelling function at Arlington, covering both new and existing investments. Prior to joining Arlington in 2021, Raymond was an investment analyst at CA Associates, where he focused on the financial analysis of student accommodation investments across Europe. In addition, Raymond previously worked as a portfolio analyst at iQ Student Accommodation, where he was involved in the completion of the Pure Student Living acquisition in 2017.
